These guys are coming out to train with Anderson Silva in two weeks and I am excited to see them. Been since Jorge's last fight at UFC against Aaron Riley. Jorge comes to L.A. for two weeks and then is off to Mark "Kru" Delagrotte's in Boston to get ready for his Strikeforce bout in St. Louis in June. There will be Plop updates for sure including info on trainings, media excursions, trips to TLFI for gear...and antics.
