Something so small (a tale of international smuggling)

Thanks to my shit Blackberry (I think I am turning on the Blackberry devices slowly but surely) this pic doesn't really tell the story but after 20 tries I couldn't get it to take a good enough pic...anyways...what you are looking at is a sea urchin spike I had in my big toe since Mexico. This damn thing couldn't have been longer than an eighth of an inch but the damn thing (along with its smaller cousin) hurt so much for the last week it would keep me up at night. I finally got around to carving it out with a very sharp pocket knife.
